Please read through these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information regarding your use of our services, our commitment to you and regulating our business relationship. Booking Terms

*All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Master Detail.

• All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle; Master Detail does not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property whilst the vehicle/aircraft/boat is our care.

• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose to Master Detail any known defects / weakness on the vehicle/aircraft/boat, which may be affected prior to any work commencing. It is important to share the history with us to ensure that the most appropriate service is offered.

• Occasionally after the vehicle/aircraft/boat has had an initial wash, it can sometimes become clear that further work may be required to get it to the standard requested. If this is the case, we will contact you before continuing.

• A deposit will be required to secure a booking. The amount will be specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of the work.

• An additional charge will be made for excess pet hair unless already discuss at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds

• Master Detail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, staff illness). In such cases, the Company will offer an alternative appointment, or a full refund of any deposit paid.

* Any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior, and if any products have been ordered or customised, the payment for these will deducted from the deposit

Liability and insurance

*Master Detail will exercise all reasonable care and skill while the Vehicle/aircraft/boat is in our custody.

*If any damage occurs to the Vehicle/aircraft/boat while in our care, we will report it to the Customer within five (5) working hours of the issue being identified.

Customer Inspection and Acceptance

*The Customer must inspect the Vehicle upon collection.

*Any issues, including damage or concerns, must be raised with the Company before leaving the premises.

* The Company cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues reported after the Vehicle/aircraft/boat has been inspected and collected from our premises, unless they explicitly relate to a Service we have carried out.

*Once the Customer has paid and collected their Vehicle/aircraft/boat, they have accepted these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect their statutory rights.

Post-Service Issues

* Should there be issues that directly relate to the Services we have provided after the Vehicle has been collected, it will be at the management’s discretion on how these are addressed.

Limitation of Liability

*The Company’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the Services.

* The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Payment Terms

• A price will be given and agreed prior to any work commencing, based on the detail given by the client on the condition of the vehicle/aircraft/boat at the time of booking. Should the condition be such that it would require further chargeable work to bring it up to the desired level, Master Detail will attempt to contact you to discuss the adjustment of price. Should we be unable to reach you or your alternative point of contact, further work will not be completed, and the quality of the completed finish may be less than previously agreed. However, Master Detail reserves the right to amend the price during the detail if necessary. This will always be brought to the client’s attention before proceeding.

• Upon completion of the agreed work an invoice will be issued.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, card payment or cash. We kindly ask that payment is made immediately.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

• Gift vouchers reflect a cash value; additional charges may be applied if the chosen service exceeds the cash value of the certificate.

Data Protection

* Master Detail complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

* Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

* Master Detail will not share personal data with third parties without the Customer’s explicit consent, except as required to comply with legal obligations

Social Media

• From time to time, we may take photographs of our work for use on our social media platforms and website. We will always cover the identification of your property, and never disclose the location. If you do not want us to use these photographs, please let us know.

Amendments

* Master Detail reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

* Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Management Discretion

*Any issues arising after the Vehicle has been collected that directly relate to the Services provided will be addressed at the sole discretion of the Company’s management.

* Master Detail reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repairs, refunds, or other remedies.
